Market-specific checks
United Kingdom: check the actual procurement framework's supplier eligibility and relevant MHRA duties before tendering. United States: determine device-by-device FDA obligations and budget for registration, listing, quality system, labeling and any required premarket submission with qualified regulatory advice. Australia: confirm importer/sponsor obligations, applicable ARTG inclusion and distributor due-diligence requirements before commercial claims.
Document every item as available, pending, not applicable or not verified. A technical pack is not itself proof of regulatory approval.
